HR was in company but I never interacted ever with HR in my whole career. Management work like politicians. Never appreciate to your work.

Company provide WFH facilities and take care of financial aspects in thi pandemic condition. Provided me all facility and connected every time for any work related support. Even it can be a routine culture to do work from home.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
