Won't compensate you or reply to your queries. I've mailed them "n" no. Of times regarding my pay and reports but no answer from them. In tough times like these,they aren't even a bit cooperative.

I like nothing about working there. I had a terrible experience. I worked there for 4 months as a textile design intern, and I did not gain anything by working there. This company is a fraud. Before joining we were promised that our graduation project collections will be sponsored by the company and we will be paid 9k per month as a stipend. I shifted cities to work there and spent so much on the living costs. Upon joining the company we were told we'd be paid about 8k out of which mindless pay cuts were done, even for sundays and holidays. We received the first stipend half a month later than the paying day and that too i received about 4k after all the mindless cuts. After working for 3 months, when only a month was left to complete the graduation project, we were told they'd not sponsor our collections and we would have to pay the entire amount and go through the development process on our own. They denied that they wouldn't process our designs and no new blocks will be made but we could BUY their existing collections. We weren't paid after the first month and even now, about 5 months after the internship has ended, we are being ghosted and ignored when we ask for our money. Neither did we get our collections made, nor did we get our stipend for tremendous and hectic amount of work we did for them. They kept all our designs our files and paperwork. We had to change the themes and develop our collections independently after that at the end moment and then they had the audacity to ask for our independently made collections as well. Our graduation project was affected badly because of this company's fraud and lies. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company for internship or jobs as well.

It was a horrible experience, each and everything was nit picked. They copy designs and tweak them to name then as their own. During my work there I've seen employees older than me cry because of how badly they treated them. They disrespect and disregard them. Everyone is seriously underpaid and disrespected. We would get half an hour for lunch, and they would nitpick minutes, keep a check always on every minute. It was really exhausting mentally to be honest. Leaving your city to work for someone and spending so much money for just sustaining your stay there and at the end of it i lost a lot of money, did not earn anything, be it stipend, experience, or my graduation project. I had to spend money on my graduation project again. Not everyone can afford this fraud. The growth by working there is negligible.
