Morons who have joined from other corporate companies post 2018 with high salary package and spoiling the strongly knit structure. These recent highly paid idiots are making the good staff leave as they are engaging in internal politics which was never there in Somani Realtors until 2017.

No proper date for salary, it is more than boarding school than a professional organization in terms of time management. No proper new lead generating system is seen

Adoption to corporate culture is required.Management should not stop colleagues from initiating conversation among them as matured professionals don't need guidelines such as no conversation among employees.
