The old staff are so manipulative they themselves are not good at work managers don't have any experience and no care attitude towards asst manager they just sit doing nthg the staff hired are currently have no admission counsellor background recruited by earlier director which was also manipulative and have been fired and the job profile no clarity and highly toxic ppl they dont want food experience ppl to survive they play so bad politics bitching and just harass the employees to leave the organisation

I have been an alumni and staff of this university and from my personal holistic point of view this university is the worst. I have no words to say. I regretted every moment being a student and a staff here. Absolutely pathetic. Everyone is high on their ego and it looks like bullying is their favourite sports play and hobby whther they're a teacher or boss or colleague. No matter how much gold medal, ranker award and best performer as staff you become, you'll never bare the fruits of your good work here. Pathethic.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
