Unorganized management, return problem, no job security, hire& fire policy, most faltu company of india, should be closed, management directly create pressure for money investment in market from employees salary

In dislikes there is lot of stuff like U will not get any support by higher authority, every body ask for daily, weekly, monthly number, but u will have any problem like quality issue no one will respond.

For SO level it's horrible...no proper working hours..it's all about to leave family friends everything n 12 to 14 hours work..n about insurance it's provide only for self not for family n dependents...

... culture. Teammates are unsupportive and the management is trichy and annoying . Company policies are very bad, appraisals are not given and they don't give salary hike and bonus.
