There are many Always you will be under tremendous pressure, one month if you didn't matched the expectations salary will be deducted. To much micromanaging,management is really poor interms of all. No proper customer satisfaction they will always run behind money money, etc....

The CEO of this company is very money-minded. He doesn't care about customer problems and refunds their money and also if you are working in sales profile he will not give salary if you are not achieving the target. If you are leaving the company don't expect he will give salary. You have to work for free for a month
