Solitaire Valley is a Nightmare workplace. There is zero job security, with sudden termination and no prior notice. The working culture is suffocating, with constant surveillance and reporting. Avoid this company for your mental health and career. I dont why Log itne darpok hai. Apki skills and sb zero hojyega fir apko torcher kiya jayega and then apke pass koii option nhi hoga whi work krne ke alawa so better to avoid these type of company who support inhuman work culture

... company at all cost if you value your sanity, your life and your career growth. Cherry on the cake is management focus is to cutting the salary, you will get nothing if you give your 100% also. Dont join their otherwise it will be very hard for you to escape from their.

The management is supportive. Eventhough, the timing is fixed but we don't have to stayback to pull overtime by force. So, I like working here.
