It was growing, promoters used to consult all team members on growth stage.

Salary commitments not fulfilled after job, payment not released. Promoter does not want to continue some real estate business, he is stuck in many projects.

...us engage because there was a lot of negativity around during these crisis time. And top of that there was no lay offs and pay cuts through out this pandemic even we hired people taking online interviews. I appreciate Solitaire management for taking care all of us during this pandemic.

Solitaire is a very good brand when it was spear headed by Atul Chordia Sir. It had stability and confidence.

Dislikes

It had never happened before with the company, and my loyalty for the organisation will always be there. But for now there is no job security in terms of any designations in the organisation. Which is a concern !
