There is nothing rocket science to like anything at this organisation. The organisation doesn't have a proper licence to run the fitness centres.

Dislikes

...cs, on the name of MD and forces everyone to resign at a certain period of time. The security deposit money deduction from the salary, original documents submission as a security bond of 2 years and no PF or ESI are the worst things this organisation follows, just to suck complete blood of an employee and blackmail them on the security deposit money and certificates. I strongly suggest not to join this organisation at any cost. Be jobless, but don't join here.

Likes

Maybe the school is good for beginners, who wants to learn some paper work. Making report cards are easier, you will love using smart boards if you can explore.

Dislikes

We cannot find any constructive feedback or suggestions from the administration, lots of work pressure with very few holidays. You will never get any professional development to sharp your skills. At the end, you will not get job satisfaction by the grades children achieve.

It's a great pleasure to work with solitaire. As a fresher I learned many things from solitaire that how to lead the team with co-operation, supporting staff. at last finally I can say about solitaire is good place to start career and we can learn many things that how to deal any situations in life.

Dislikes

Some times I work for more hours but that doesn't means a lot to me.
