1. You'll be asked to join on the same salary, with promises to revise it after seeing your performance, which is never gonna happen. 2. Founder's approach towards sales team. His personal projects will always preferred over your projects. 3. Incentive policy only exists on paper, it is being noticed that the moment any big order is expected the associated sales person resigns. ( Company's incentive gets saved. ) 4. Be ready to be treated like a office boy, you'll always be asked to drop documents here and there. With no ownership. And many more.

A really good company to start your career and why wouldn't you be a part company working towards meaningful goals/ bringing some necessary changes? The work environment gives you enough space to bring out your best work if you're dedicated enough, and it's more of working on your final year projects rather than working in a company but dedicated, spontaneous, and genuine.

Dislikes

Things could be better, and I hope the company is working on it. I would expect the company to pay a bit more attention to team building.

1. An amazing environment to learn and experiment. 2. Working on a great cause that has tremendous social impact. 3. The organization has a great work culture and is filled with kind and very talented professionals. 4. Great exposure! One gets to learn a lot about the organization and the location (IIT Madras Research park) facilitates growth in knowledge of latest cutting edge technology in the world. 5. Since Solinas is a startup, you get to work on a wide variety of tasks that are not limited to just your job description. This provides great visibility into the different verticals and departments within the organization. 6. Very collaborative environment and people are very eager to help each other. 6. Great food available at IIT madras research park.

Dislikes

No cons per se. While one might find that the pay might be slightly lower than what relatively larger organizations offer, It is important to note that Solinas is a startup and the learning and exposure definitely adds tremendous value to an individuals professional career.

It is a good space to work with team's positive culture. My manager is highly supportive and dedicated to helping me grow and appropriately mentors me to succeed in my role. I always felt valued and appreciated. I highly recommend Solinas to anyone looking for a positive and nurturing work environment.
