this company is filled with fake and terrible peoples.the most important terrible person is Mr Amit Baid. his other company name is velocity.please guy do not waste your time here i wasted 2 months of my life here, and they told you that you get weekly salary as per your performance.In the joining formality they will tell you that you can earn monthly 35-40k atleast in first month but in reality you get less than half; the work you have to do is nothing but to beg for save the children and unicef. they took interviews every week because they want more number of people to beg the job timing is 8-6 in which first two hours they have pitch practice with loud music and dance everyday after that you have to do door to door sales in weekend they work till 11 pm in night i hate that

I have been working at Solidarity Group for almost a year now. I have grown personally, professionally and financially tremendously here. There is so much to learn. The mentors are supportive and motivating. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time being here.
