Poor management, No professionalism, Managers are not following guidelines. Team Leader doesn't have enough qualification, He just joined company as an AR Executive and without any knowledge they promoted as a Team Leader. These people are very weak when it comes to girls. They're stalking female users. The management is not maintaining any employee support. HR is supporting manager's and manager is supporting the TL even they have mistake by their side. They're just influencing each other and business is not important for them. Overall management is not working towards revenue, they're just entertaining each other and going to home. The client who gave project is helpless and not aware of it. Client will be facing loss if the management is handling project like this. First of all these people doesn't have enough knowledge because none of them worked in any reputed company. All the higher officials are just worked in some of small companies which reflects less knowledge. These people have little knowledge in process but they don't know how to maintain the office culture. Worst workplace 🤦
