Solicis has an amazing culture, full of friendly colleagues, plenty of room to move up and the management that believes in and live the values. Solicis is a women-centric organization with decent pay, good leave entitlements and flexible working hours. The Flexibility and work life balance is the best that I have ever experienced and other benefits are generous too.

Dislikes

Some might think law firms have a certain stigma but Solicis is unlike other law firms I have worked for, so best to keep those pre-conceived notions at the door. Management is very supportive and actively try to resolve the challenges. Management is open to listening but for that one has to reach out instead of whining and criticizing the firm and its management. Remember, If you don't ask you don't get it!! (Reach OUT, Seek HELP, if you really want it!!) However, Management can review some employees. Some have been there for too long and just don't care about firm, clients, people or job anymore.

Firstly I would like to thank our HR Director Mr. Merchant for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this firm. It is a pride to work with this reputed firm. The firm does not believe in 9 to 5 monotonous job but believe in start to finish. Solicis Lex is a firm which provides great learning opportunities one can easily approach respected seniors for guidance and the management is very open for two way communication with the employees. Advocate Ameet Mehta is very knowledgeable and approachable to discuss any areas of concern and supports the team with his superlative leadership skills.

Solicis Lex a firm which not only provide opportunity but also helps person grow professionally and personally. as being rejoinee this firm has been a family to me. thanks to HR Director Mr. Darius Merchant for Re-recruiting me in the firm with the same zeal and warmth. I really admire working in this firm as I have learned a lot of legal aspects and procedure. the senior Advocate Mr. Ameet Mehta Managing Partner of the firm is very knowledgeable and approachable. working under Senior Advocate Mr. Rajendra Mishra, Deputy Managing Partner has been a pleasure since it has increased my knowledge in law and broadened my legal vision.
