...r growth as workload is more in SolCen and we can't much focus on career growth. Salary is not satisfactory according to the skillset and the hardwork. Onsite opportunities are very minimal. No idea about organisational politics. We can learn various tools. Work environment is good and friendly in nature. unnecessary innovation ideas are being presented which doesn't impact the business. Very difficult in balancing the work and life as always there is heavy workload.

Dislikes

No career growth and management is struggling to set career path for employees. Salary is not upto the mark or not satisfactory. Due to workload its difficult to balance work-life. Unnecessary or not much impactful innovation ideas are being implemented, this is waste of time. No food and transport facility is available.

Likes

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Overall it is good to work here.

Dislikes

We will get good work experience but there is no new projects. One main thing in business 85% customised for Microsoft dynamics AX without following the standard. So the standard knowledge we will get low., Because of that our knowledge growth also will be down.

Team is united, friendly environment compared to other companies, very good for those who wants to work for longer duration say suppose 3 to 5 years. You may get sudden huge change in ua profile.

Dislikes

Yes, politics is involved, sometimes doesn't understand the logics the management applies, middle management isn't professional.
