Solas Marine Services don't provide employees with proper salary according to risk in job , promotion according to the employee seniority, just uses employee for company growth , completely dums the employee with it's perculiar actions by not giving proper rotation as per the offer letter mentioned .

Likes

Good teammates, good exposure for new people in oil & gas / marine field. Salary ontime . Poor support on Covid-19 lockdown., Not even a single penny for people stuck in home country due to lockdown. Not even listen to employees.

Dislikes

Bad management policies, only a specific place people in management. Company policies towards employees are bad. No job security, a single coordinator can terminate an employee without a proper reason.

The salary will be paid on time. But the amount is not affordable.

Worst working culture I have ever seen. Only people from a particular part of India(Mangalore) will be acknowledged by the company. The management will treat u in a different manner if u r nor from Mangalore. They never give u a proper rotation as mentioned in the contract.

There will be no point like Solas marine.One of the worst marine service provider. After interview process they will tell we will give accommodation and all the after reaching the work place if you see the accommodation you will no longer will stay there..worst Washrooms.24×7 hot water even in the toilet flush.

Dislikes

Related to workwise they will give the same job responsibilities to every employee with different designation.After reaching the work place they will change the departments what they promised before,If we requests also they will tell you can pay the visa money and can go to your home country. The funny thing is they will use the old chemicals which is expired and put the new calibration stickers and they charge the money to their customer. In one word solas is looting so much money from customers There is no much apprisal for the employee. If you really want see the HELL you can join to Solas marine.

There are nothing to like Bad Accomodation Bad Facility Labour class accomodation. Bad managment.

Dislikes

Labour class kitchen. One kitchen for around 20 peoples. Pork meat cooking in same kitchen without inform to others. Cleaning mouth and nose in the kitchen wash basin. Labour class employees.
