Nothing Cheap people, no humane touch - hire and fire is there motto, no management direction, hired one new person who travels every now, and then from one city to another city stays only in five star or seven star hotels needs Innova car for local travels all paid by the company. He even asks for the cheap free food only for himself because he is so called Country head. He wants to sell the company to another company. That is the reason wants to hire people only from his own known sources. This way he is earning money and being the middle man for doing the infrastructure, correction also of the office.

This person wants to take commission from all the sources available like infrastructure, correction food joint, even Office boy, hiring working with a recruit recruiters outside the company, giving them commission, modifying the Office, and he’s asking people. What will you do for us? Solar Edge deserve these kind of people and he also wants to have very less people for RND so that he can outsource that and again earn money.

The main 2 things are Director Vishwas and Team Lead Rijith. These 2 made me to step into heaven. They gave me an opportunity to prove my self Really glad to work among them being director he supported me a lot while taking in . Of course Team lead guided me in very accurate way and made me to sit next to him so that I can learn quickly and he personally wanted me to grow in the occupation. I have huge respect for both of them They provide cab, WFH if needed. They provide food.
