There is give no sufficient quantity chemicals for analysis but analyst is complete he work.and lot of politics.

Company gives the freedom to do your job, company policy also good. Management is also co- operative.

Dislikes

After resignation I haven't received any acceptance reply from My HoD & HR also. There should be a clear cut communication on resignation if HoD is not responding within specific period from HR, whether you want to retain or release the candidate. But I have felt very bad during my last days because there were no clarity give from Solara HR.

Friendly people, coordination between inter departments, soft skill trainings, fun and sports activities, corporate management, Introduction of latest softwares etc

Dislikes

Initial pay structure is not good. 6 days working even though in payslips it is mentioned as 5 days working, safety implementation is bit difficult, canteen food totally deducted from our salary.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Very good company for beginners. They give more opportunities and responsibilities to the workers.

Every year they salary hike, but that is not satisfactory hike.
