Good Culture, Learning Opportunity, and Supportive Teammates, some high quality clients and portfolios to work on, the knowledge within the organisation is amazing having dealt with some high profile clients.

Dislikes

Horrible Compensation, Internal Politics and showbiz, ( they always ask people to create visibility but there are only few who get the opportunity to do so) Pathetic Workspaces the offices premises are like what you would expect for a poorly funded startup. Bonus structures are not incentive driven but retention driven it's almost like they want you to do jail time before they give u a small bonus.

the most unpleasant encounter a novice could encounter would be a toxic environment characterised by a negative culture and manipulative politics. In such an environment, employees are treated poorly and their self-assurance is severely undermined.

It's a good company for start of your career. They give you chance if you are dedicated and ready to work hours and hours. No Work life balance.
