... help from management. Iam staff of sohum but not satisfy with sohum systematic. They deduct our salary since lockdown. 10%-20% salary deducted. 10above salary deduct from 20% Actually they should support the stacc n share the bonus but nothing happened. Low systematic. Cheapo sohum shoppe ever i seen. #naharlagunsohum.

The company is much innovative and love the fact that I am a part of that team and the markets are reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.the company is hiring ESI ,pf ,and re hire policy.My colleagues come from various backgrounds ,and we work together happily in collaboration.

The growth of the company is much better but the work pressure is very high.work hrs is 12 a day .... sometimes we have to work 14 hrs ....over time...rules and regulations are very strict.....and no one will be rescued in that company......thank you.
