Once you accept the position it is expected that you have to do the job which was not mentioned in your job profile which was shared by HR E.g. job role offered was Sr cloud infrastructure engineer but after six months I was told that the manager expect that I would do a L1 Desktop job as well and as i didn't do that I have to resign on the pretext that the company does not have cloud infrastructure work and I did not do enough work There are HR persons but have no role . They are not there to hear anything .

You can find good and helpful people among employees. Managers are the worst as they have make this company as their home after staying for 15+ years

Dislikes

Work culture is the worst part about this company. And management has changed recently and had become worst.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
