Salary is credited in the second week of the month. They don't have their own softwares for HR and Company related information and action. There's no internal communicator. List goes on.

Salary, Skill development , learning and management is really good and supportive

Dislikes

No job security, you will be removed anytime without prior notice and no FNF also notice period salary also wont be given and there will be false talks that our jobs are secured. The HR doesnt even try to place you somewhere else when employee is laid off. If you get 1cr package also shouldnt join here..

Last payment terms we have not satisfied . 45 days from DOL . already EMI is ongoing now effect to all my financial matter

1. Minimal work, which gives you alot of idle time. But the problem is that they will pull you for any random thing to handle/fix even without your state of mind being ready. 2. A skillful developer/Lead/Architect would spoil his career by wasting their expertise by being idle all the time. 3. You cannot thrive here because less work and random work would give you no knowledge even after a year. 4. Some rude Bangalore people

0% job security Company is Product base but product is having less customer so don't expect any job security Scrum is implemented only for daily scrum, which they are operating as micro management
