I learned a lot in terms of technology. As there is always a workload I am now flexible to work in any situation.

Dislikes

Micromanagement is the biggest problem in the company. Higher Management is playing politics. Very Un-professional People in the Management. The sales & management department is dealing with low prices for projects and blaming the Development team that they are not getting profit from the department. And on the Increment time, they are giving excuses. In the company you don't have the right to talk if you have any issues. If anyone recommends improving something then from that time management team is looking for search another alternative for the resource.

i am working with Softqube since last 5 year. designing and problem solving are incredible fun to me in this organization, it provide me excellent entertainment and even need to work with more this company as i am getting many opportunities to learn technical thing.
