One of my friend gives interview to this company for QA engineer as a fresher but the test lead take interview is so worst they don't even know how to talk with fresher if a person is a fresher then please ask them as a fresher questions and your interviewer is like ki acha to phir ye bta , acha to phir ye bta ,phir ye sochte heki jitna unhe aata h utna samne Wale ko aana chahiye to how it is possible agar use itna aayga to vo apke yha as a fresher kyu aayga and one of the interviewer name is shefali sahu and other one I forgot , ane vo log itne irrelavant questions puchte heki acha to tumne intern me ya course me bas 2hi project kiy are mem agr vo insan 4se5 project krleta to vo experience me interview dega na fresher me kyu and please I request to the company management that please look into this matter and interview k liy kch genioun logo ko bethao..

I have completed almost 1 year in this organisation well my experience is good for all perspective, supportive team leaders are here , supportive HR and supportive manager and also every festivals are celebrated here , good environment for working .

Dislikes

I have issue with company's AC it is always on 16 degree temperature

Good Work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .Company policies are good , appraisals and fair . This organisation is also be helpful for developing the skills .

The Work culture is awesome, and the time flexibility is excellent. You also get plenty of time to upscale yourself. The management is very supportive, you won't face any negativity in the company. The management cares about their employees first.

I personally didn't faced any problems in the company from any employee or from management yet.
