They will micro manage you, if you did something wrong you will be treated as prisoners and they will scold you in front of all and they will keep remembering the same mistakes of you every time.

Work from home facilities and good work culture. Learning curve is good and also good exposure to clients and individual responsibilities.Very understanding and helpful management. CEO is very knowledgeable and always share interests and ideas with all employees.

Perks are less, increments are less due to recession, everything else is good.

You will have to be a quick learner and a proactive developer and should be open to work on any technology. As a startup u will have a little more work pressure here.

Working with Softobotics for over a year and the experience has been really pleasant. We get an amazing environment focused on continuous growth. The management is really friendly and the learning curve is good too. Have gotten a chance to try out a lot of new things during my tenure here.

Softobotics is extremely transparent about everything as well as the culture is more collaborative than the high hierarchy level. Work-life balance is very good. Also, in designing, I get to work with clients which give me great work satisfaction.
