There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

There is no career growth There is no salary hike If you're having an experience, please do not join or you'll regret. Work culture is worst, I've ever seen. There are no benefits like medical/health insurance, no travel allowance, no paid leaves. They are also taking advantage of covid situation and cutting down the salary for tgeiw own benefit. The Hr is so uneducated that she doesn't no how to behave with their employees. She will treat you like trash as she is owner's wife.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
