You will find nothing that you can like about this IT company.

If you are an individual who wants to grow in your career then you should definitely not join this company. They will give you a designation of full stack developer not because they find a candidate suitable for it but because they do not have designated teams for fronted development, QA, support team, Backend development team. Every employee at Softlink is waiting for their bond to end and as soon as it ends people leave which is why you can barely see employees with an experience of more than 5 years.

nothing, outdated technology which did not help outside, you will feel like fresher if you leave company

their apressal system is totally based on perception, perception build on only social interaction of employee and show off. If you are introvert you will never grow and you will be in fear that they will remove you anytime

Good company for freshers.. less workload and fixed timings.. just problem is if your manager is from non-technical background..all your efforts counted zero.

Comapny should allow employes doing WFH whenever needed with a valid reason.. If the employees manager is rating of appraising employee then thhe feedback about manager must be asked to employees by higher authorities..

It was very nice experience to work with project Managers and Product Managers. Good knolegde sharing. The Managing Director is very tallented and I learnt a lot from him.

Company policies are not employee beneficial. It always employer beneficial.
