I had a terrible experience working at Softland India Private Limited. Even though I felt happy & comfortable when I was joined, I began to realize the company's negative behavior towards it's emloyees. For starters, they had a bond of 2.3 years that locked in your carrer. There was no support for the employees, and they always put you down, even if you worked hard on projects. There was no training provided, and they would blame the employees for the company's lack of profit. If you decided to leave the company by breaking the bond, they not provide an experience certificate. To make matters worse, they would often ask you to leave without any prior notice. The memo system was also frustrating experience, and it often felt like the company was playing games with its employees. Overall, Softland India Private Limited was the worst company I've ever worked for and I would'nt recommend it to anyone.
