Softcell is a great place to start your career in cybersecurity. The management and work mates are very supportive. You get salaries on time even during crisis like Covid and recession and you have 100% job security.

The most satisfactory thing about softcell technologies is Job security. Another aspect is it is a good company for freshers only.

Dislikes

The compensation as per the work done is way too low. Even if you work for 12-14 hours a day you will never receive any appreciation from your manager. The appraisal for the year is totally depend on mood of your manager or his good relation with you. Even after giving your best efforts you will go unnoticed. Also there is not job training for freshers you have go directly on work. They hire mostly unskilled people which affects your daily activities and you'll receive more work burden because of them.

A very good place to learn and feel the competition of knowledge with your colleagues. Lots of new devices to learn from and enhance the way of thinking by actually getting a hands on time with the device . As a fresher a lot of new experiences be it technical or non-technical .
