Management has its own perception about people. Senior managers have no Power Hire and Fire culture They have recently got great place to work certification BUT IN REALITY ITS A HORRIFIC PLACE WITH TERRIBLE PEOPLE

No one is listening any employee problem they are come but not solved problem. Also HR manager and area manager not listen any problem and not promotion for organisation. The behaviour is very bad for employees

I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.

NO Job Security Poor coordination from top to Bootm. Just attach the Resorces to claint , no cross checks No systems (Quality , safety, Energy ,Environment & Engineering)

All of celebrations only for office desk employees not for field employees Bonus system should be modified No gifts or any on any festive occasion..need to change
