Good work environment and staff are supporting always grooming and hygiene is good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Friendly colleagues, Safety and Hygiene, Supportive staff & management, Good food, liveable spacious environment, etc...

Dislikes

Prolonged period of wearing Safety shoes and long duty hours (13 hrs of work), less/no promotion, low paid salary (20K max for Supervisors).

no job security, work cultural is in third party payroll, just Sodexo is give you the salary and rest other are in the hand of main party (client) , if you need to live a like lelaxable work life then it's good, and if you want to learn and grow and grow and explore promote your self then batter is change. Thanks

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.Its great being part of the sodexo team leader,having well management,all modern equipment,well Trainer,good environment to work,healthy atmosphere,hygienic foods..

Keep Changing supporting staffs and management team.Compensation is decent but growth is little slow,the work pressure is very high.
