Teammates are helpful, Salary is timely, work environment is also good.

Managment is pathetic and you can be asked to leave at any point on even a small mistake. No coffee, no tea and bo gym makes it worse.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Etc.

There was nothing to like about the company. Terrible worklife and culture. Poor Management

...ey are told to resign after a month or so without being told about the issue . They bank on cost cutting through firing employees every quarterly, so poor is the job security there. I won't recommend anyone to leave their present job and join here to destroy his/her future.
