Politics & Politics..... How to survive between political environments...

Dislikes

Company is person driven instead of system driven. No work culture nor ethic. Internally full of politics and directors listen only them old & near employees and fully trusted on him. Company's old employee who was not having experience in FMCG culture as wall as not qualified by education are & also only working with one company, so they continues complaining about new comers and after continues listening negative feedback by them well experience & well educated people kicked out by directors.... Strongly recommended for not taking employment in this organization. This is my personal opinion based on my experience with the company....

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
