Quite a few! they have a probation period of 1 year in which no statutory benefits are provided, the culture at the campus leans more towards being conservative which some may feel is a bit restrictive, no learning and development opportunities and even scope to attend seminars or lectures (kind of restricted for the members of the family), is a family-controlled organization and a lot depends on the rapport built with them, no clear HR policies on major aspects of a job, social work and development sector professionals may feel a bit out of place, family members may seem to above every rule and balancing their individual priorities may challenge one's mental peace, limited scope of growth, shall be more suitable for entry-level professionals

Great place to work ethically. Great learning platform for public health professionals. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is less. Difficult to maintain work life balance. Feild work is very challenging.
