...gardless of how much you work, how much you deliver, or how much you contribute. You could be Einstein and do 6 months work in 2 and the company nor the management will awknowledge your efforts and correct your salary. Promotions are possible and if you are wondering if promotions will fix your salary, then think again. Promotions do not come with a salary correction either, essentially saying you take more responsibility and more work but be paid less than an entry level engineer from a NIT or IIT. This creates a extremely toxic and biased work environment.

Promotion is a joke. You have to relay on your luck for promotion. Yes more than talent it's luck most of the cases. Managers should update them self. They are like SPI bank employee. They prefer to do politics rather than work.
