This is a Government Department i had worked as a outsourcing employee and meager salary i have to resigned that job, no job security poor work environment.

teammates are not good and no training directly doing work more politics can't learning anything less salary and salary pick up every three months.

I like everything in Working over there. I learned a lot here and meet lots of new people in this field. I am visiting Courts, Police station, hospitals and various places in different cases of children. Every case is new learning and experience.

Dislikes

Only negative point about this organisation which I found is they are not providing good salary to a child Welfare Officer not even increasing from last many years. And it a higher responsibility of work on CWO’s.

Social Welfare Department is concerned with doing social work. In this, I work in the CDPO office, here the Anganwadi center is regulated, all the supervision and operation of the center is done from the CDPO office itself. it has many aspects
