Flexibility of work,l oppurtunity to learn ground reality,replication of own thought,experiences and good practices,freedom to work at field as per the convenient, opportunity to know the traditional / nnovations /good practices of worth but now it is deminshing day by day, opportunity to have dialogue with different people.

Dislikes

less salary as compared to the work responsibility,No other facility like transport etc ,no perks or reward or insentives or allowance ,sometimes compromise with own problems,unequal treatment ,job insecurity, has to compromise with wrong practices, .

Live streaming & broadcasting, salary very fast, no need to worry for salary, because salary time to time paid, just do chat with user and get high salary.

After joining work then quit we don't like it, tell me directly,time will be given to think about doing the work.
