...ve anything to like. Just for name sake they do celebrate few of the occassions. The only good part is that , they pay the salary on time that is last day of the month

They don't have proper system Backend people are all like goverment employees. No benefits and facilities to employees Toxic environment Too much pressure on work No leaves granted If the manager decides he dont want you for any reason, thats it they will ask you to resign and go. Pathetic admin team Overall company is worst to work here. Just a brand thats it. I am in sales and sales employees are the frontliners who generate revenue and gets business to company and the sales team people are treated as slave. They treat sales team people worst than daily wagers. The whole system is corrupt Only people on the top management are enjoying the position benefits. Salary hike is worst for sales even if we are a good performer. No Rewards and recognition They dont have training and they ask to perform from day one in sales team. There is no proper timing for sales team, they ask to login by 9-930am and in evening there is no logout time as they will be screwing and pressuring for no reason They have resource of 400 plus in sales team which is not required.

ONLY TAMIL PEOPLES IN THIS COMPANY, IF YOU KNOWS TAMIL & YOU ARE FROM TAMILNADU EASILY YOU CAN THE JOB IN SOBHA. STRICT WORKING HOURS MORE THAN 12 HOURS IN A DAY(8:30AM TO 8:30 PM), MONDAY TO SUNDAY (NO SUNDAY HOLIDAY)HERE SITE ENGINEERS AND LABOURS BOTH ARE SAME (PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE MARRIED),WORST PLANNING DEPT (NOT PROVIDING THE MATERIALS ON TIME & DRAWINGS) ,A DIPLOMA HOLDER PERSON HAVING 18 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SOBHA DEVELOPERS INCHARGE OF THIS PROJECT AND HE DOESN'T KNOW ENGLISH PROPERLY, DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT STAFF(MAXIMUM 99% ARE FROM TAMIL & TAMILNADU)TOTALLY SOBHA WATERFRONT PROJECT IN HYDERABAD IS A FAILURE PROJECT.

No issues with company. Company culture On time salary Good managing director (jagadish nagineni) - good vision on employees. Good evp Mr. Nk praveen - he will support there dept like anything. Good chairman - A person with good vision on company

Hod or RA hopeless person He will be sleeping partner with few companies. He will bring them as an vendor to sobha. Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. Will try to fetch wrong evidence and false allegations on people. If he doesn't likes them. Complete monarchy rule. He will interact bottom people. Bottom people who works under him. Which he likes he will give good increment. Will give indirect leneance to start there indirect business. Totally company name is getting damaged.

There is nothing to like in this company, it is just a fraud company which is playing with the trust of people , New people who want to join this company, I request you with folded hands not to join this company at all You will be tortured so much in this company that you will forget to sleep at night

...R here will go to your ID and enter your resignation and will accept it himself. Instead of joining this company, you can do a better job as a contractor, there salary is delayed but life is peaceful Those who are thinking that Sobha is a big company, my request to them is that your life will be wasted in this company, do not join it even by mistake. This company has a big name and nothing else. It is not special except for stress Old employees of this company like Pradeep will expel you from the company without informing you and will not even think that you have a family behind you. The old people of this company have spoiled the environment of the company My honest review is that it is better to do a contractor's job than joining this company.

This is like a school. You can learn everything from here regarding construction. But you have to sacrifice your health both mentally and physically. Some people will not tolerate the pressure they will resign immediately after joining. But if you want learn this is the best place.

Dislikes

More pressure ,not good salary hike, you will start at 8:30 am but cant say when you can leave the site. If work is there you need to stay till midnight. Work and get salary no other benefits receiving from site even after handover. Some site not even getting yearly tour given by company
