Good people, some very smart people. Open to new ideas, flexibility, a seat at the highest table for even most junior employees, agile procedures - ex. we onboard and discard apps/processes etc all the time.

Dislikes

Heavy workload, short deadlines (days to weeks turn around expected on significant projects), very startup like culture. Company mantra is "type faster" and let's be more "agile".

Nothing. It's a company with garbage culture. Vultures who are staying here are just resting and vesting. Noone works.

Garbage culture. No promotions No work satisfaction No skill development Good wlb. You can roam in market without letting anyone know.. No need to take leaves just don't login. Noone cares

This is basically a proprietary org, few people take whole and sole decision. Top leader make fun of their employees upon asking them abt work life balance and questions of OT/Night shift allowance Mgmt expect us to work both in offc and at home too, they have toxic work culture, don't even spend a penny over employee training and development HR is fraud, take everything on mail during offer negotiation, don't believe their words, they don't even have courtesy to have exit interview Managers typically behave like some indian factory supervisor, always engaged in nano-management There is no concept of rewards and recognition, not even a appreciation mail... Sorry, pls don't ruin your career here ! Thank you.
