they don't give time for skills, and they ask to work continuously 8 hours, no job security hear from the 2nd month i got the threats. no appraisal only those employee who is doing buttering will get appraisal.

I am working in Snovasys for the past 4 years in the Ongole branch and have had quite a good journey till now, work culture is very nice teammate is very supportive and the management is transparent and open to taking feedback suggestions. Snovasys is a good company for fresher as well as experience.
