There is no support from Management Side in this Pandemic Covid-19. From March I'm staying at my house without any salary basically all employees are suspended . Nobody had got any single rupees while lockdown.

All good in this company but in this crucial time, there is no support from Management Side in whole lockdown. They should support on each and every members or if they are not able to support on each and every member then okay no issues but they should think about those members who is staying so far from our home . For example : my hometown is Delhi and I'm staying in Chennai then they should think me. Same like me most of the people's are staying so far in most of the cities for company purpose only. We can understand the situation there is no business, already too much loss is baring management in this crucial time but we don't need full support atleast 20% to 25% support Management easily can give to those members who is staying so far from their hometown. Thanks

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,i have to work 12-18 hours straight in a day.

One of the Worst Unrecognised organisation no support during pandemic company didn't paid single penny to staff's and post lockdown start deducted upto 50% of Salaries in spite of whole month work. No humanity Work hours are very hefty 12 to 15 hours and too much they will put pressure treated like slave workers at least franchise understanding problems but they won't understand things all are dumb people's too much politics ..no fixed dates for Salaries.

No carrier growth no appraisal not fixed date of Salaries they only know how to appetite your hard earned money in name of deduction.

The worst management i ever seen.... they are cheating staff .HR team is very poor they don't know the rights of staffs . working hours sometimes 12 15 hours .

very poor management , especially there not giving week off and casual leave .

Snnr dovlepment present time company opening very branches India in different states so pramot very easy and without any pressure .

Career growth but without any trainings oral and written so that not responsible results and minimum salary whith hard work.
