The company is expanding, there are various types of equipments for the maintenence, various type of tasks to be performed. Technically you will face more and more challenges which will help you in career. Job security is good and yearly increment is also high.

The most irritating thing there is job profile. You will be given any work irrelevant to your base, your position and your profile. Also, you will be expected for the overtime and work with taking minimum leaves.
