Worst management.. No life balance... Non technical plant head... No weekly off.. No festival holiday.. It's prison to employee.. Don't go.

It's good place to work, who ever having even average skills! Having 4years of processing experiance company not adopted global HR culture. To travel long way and to get the multinational business opportunities it is required to devolop best HR policies. And improve the review mechanism and appraisal system. Recruitment process need to devolopped a lot.

Dislikes

Delay in adoption of Global standards. No clarity in direction to plant team. No clear cut policy for employee skill devopment and promotions. Lack of technical people to take care of plant performance reviews.
