Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. ...ement uis transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are faill and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It's good place to work, who ever having even average skills! Having 4years of processing experiance company not adopted global HR culture. To travel long way and to get the multinational business opportunities it is required to devolop best HR policies. And improve the review mechanism and appraisal system. Recruitment process need to devolopped a lot.
