...t not all are trustworthy. harassment starts upfront, right after the interview. They will ask you to submit your original certificates or one month salary. Even after joining, they will not give the summer salary for minimum of couple of year if not more. One will not get the appointment letter, salary slip or even the offer letter. Every thing will be verbal and same will be denied at their convenience. You will never know what's your scale, basic, hra etc. No gpf, medical or other basic facilities will be given. Most important is that they do not have fixed working hours or the working days. Almost all the Saturdays are working with minimum of 7 am - 3 pm working hours. There many other negatives that I do not remember currently. But I will strongly advice to think twice before joining this institute.

The workload is manageable. You get autonomy in teaching .

Dislikes

Contract based employment. Will renew contract every year. In case someone is expecting, they do not give any leave for the same. Rather asked to leave .

team work was excellent ,growth is fixed in every year , salary appraisal is on time . compay was paid convience charges . In case of health problem we can do work from home
