Worst company in terms of work culture.I recommend not to join this company ever.Specially java team is worst.No support from senior with huge local politics.

I have worked 4 years, the company provides access to the latest technologies. there is a family environment where everyone helps each other.

Dislikes

Management makes unrealistic promises to clients and Engineers end up working till 2am. Deadlines are unrealistic and hiring is very less. Work Culture is the worst. There is Job Security because of Multiple Projects. Salary Hikes are negligible.

- No work life balance. - Do not do mistake to join this company. - Personal life will get destroy. - Too much work load. - No any facilitates to employees. - Inside office you have to use your Personal mobile Hotspot to work. - Office has single washroom only. - There is no any canteen. You have to do lunch at your desk only. - No job security. - Too much workload can cause brain stroke. Keep yourself away from this company and save your life. - If you are married, then workload will destroy your married life as well. - Poor management.
