Salary is delayed for more than 30 days to 45 days. If you need anything to discuss then management will not pick up your phone. Once you join this company you will feel that you have been fallen into the trap. And yes don't trust other reviews,because all are fake. Even I trusted them and got backstabber.

I came to Snappy as a experienced Recruiter. And I personally feel that this is one of the best company for the freshers. Here the Work culture is too good, you can learn many things related to your job life & also to your personal life. Management is good. Specially the CEO Mr. Rabi is quite friendly with the employees. Proud to be a part of Snappyhires❤️.

Snappyhires is an extremely fastest growing company and wonderful place to work ! The CEO Truly cares about each individuals, Welcome Creativity and leads by example. The culture at Snappy are best , Flexible and work liberty are excellent. Everyone is authentic and loves what they do. The managers are always helpful and willing to help and find time to dedicatedly to help you if you need. Because Snappy is growing rapidly, there are lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful for some :)

Dislikes

The recruitment process are so easy most of the time. They need to add more difficulties to filter candidates. HR policies and employee benefits needs to implement soon. Need some fun games / activities inside office to relive employee stress.

The environment is employee friendly. They do events and functions to keep the employees energetic through out the year. They take care of the people working there irrespective of their designation.
