No compensation, no growth, the work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have work 14-18 hours straight in 1-2 months. I do rcv appreciation msg from my clients. Owner of the gym do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestios most of times. ( All my ratings, like, dislike, comments are only for snap fitness sahakar Nagar)

As I worked I had a very good team. Training also good, environment good

Salary is less,incentives are not worth for trainers, few managers are bossing on trainers that isn’t not good,showing partiality for known trainers ...

Fraudsters, will not pay you, half of the employees are struggling, are under loss since many years.

... doesn't look like a typical complex wala 1 BHK.. Can do anything to get sales.. will never pay salaries.. has eaten a lot of money from many people.. They hire people without any clarification or background check.. nothing is good about this place.. just horrendous experience Naam bade darshan toh Khair jaane do..

The company is filled with toxic environment. Owner doesn't want to pay you if you don't show the result. Will insult you on group and in front of stakeholders. Rules can be mold as per his choice. Favoritism. Unnecessary pressure of anything. Poor infrastructure. No work ethics.

Hi , Overall it was a good experience. Activities were good . Work environment was good as well as learning.im happy that employees were very helpful when I joined. They thought me so much very thankful for that. As a result i got to learn more things .

salary is very less. Employees were not constant at least few months at company. Colleagues will be keep changing. That was very sad. It gives more work pressure.
