...y know how to exploit the executives basically and increment is really terrible. When I joined the company my salary was 8000 they told several things but after my complition of training they payme 8123 see the difference .

The company franchise PEPSI working patteren like distibuter local colleagues are good traning programme arrange by pepsi meeting and not good growing long time working culture.

Dislikes

work pressure is very high relation with coustmer mentation without any support manager do not valuve an individuais unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time .
