Best health insurance (2L + 12L per year) 5. WFH. 6. TOO many on going projects, so you have lot of options. 7. Available in almost every state in India with top notch office infrastructure. 8. Large community (employees) so you sometimes get someone who can help you. 9. Onsite opportunity is there. High chance. 10. Last but not the least, HR driven company so it's very tough for any supervisor to sack you without a valid reason.

Dislikes

1. RMGs are not very helpful. They take your skills and location but yet provide job options from other locations with different skillset. 2. SMSM have too many projects, but development projects are very few, max are support roles. 3. For a fresher, it's a nightmare company, there's a very High chance you will get a support project or testing. It will break your confidence. 4. Yearly hike is like max 7-8%. That's also when you get top rating, for avg rating it's ~5.5% per FY. You will not be satisfied. 5. You get nearly zero appreciation for anything you do. 6. HRs behave like owners, you wouldn't be helped in one request. 7. You cannot change your account or BU easily, as a matter of fact you can say "No" to change. 8. Rehiring is banned. Once you leave SMSM, it's over for you. Never you will be rehired. Also now new rule, even if you reject OL, you wouldn't get any more OL in the future. Worst rule. 9. Quality is compromised due to Quantity. Too many projects, a nice learning project you wouldn't find in those "too many" projects. 10. You cannot argue with managers even if it was their mistake. Managers are like big politicians over there, you can't do anything, they have too much power. Their job is like Goverment job.
