Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...10 to 12 hrs working hours ...finally don't give any insurance from company...we want to pay for insurance ..in any incident is happened company is not responsible ..accident claim also not payable from management...as an employee I am suffering with that company up to 6 months then I am resigned..but till now I don't get certificates from the company..if want my certificates they are asking to pay 6 months salary
